Destination URL is url where your customers get after they click on your ad, while display URL is not something you can click on, but it's part of the search ad and it should give your customers a hint, where are they going to get after they click on your ad.

Display URL - Display URL is a required field for AdWords Ads. It is meant to appear in your ads to give people an idea of what page they will land on when they click the ad.
The domain name of your ad's display URL and the landing page URL need to match.
For example, if you destination URL is mywebsite.com/myservices, your display URL must start with mywebsite.com or www.mywebsite.com . However, in the remaining part of this display URL, you can use your Keywords.
