Definitely, there is no feature in Adwords to track IP Address. In case, you are concerned about click fraud activity, Google detects invalid clicks and does not charge for such activity. Here is a useful resource with all the information related to invalid clicks - http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2549113?hl=en&from=6114&rd=1

Using IP Exclusion feature in Adwords, you can certainly block desired IP addresses from seeing your Ad. This feature is under campaign setting tab. More details - http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2456098?hl=en&

Hi,

You can see your server logs for this kind of information. To my knowledge you wont get the complete data  for each IP that resulted in click but surely on a broder level. You just have to mine the data.

Hope this helps you somewhere!

Okay. I'm not too deep into AdWords. The purpose of the knowledge is for me
to Train Sales team who are selling AdWords. What other factors Google
consider to block unwanted clicks?

Thanks for the earlier revert.
