We have a CPC ad on Shopzilla, they are charging us everyday for referral clicks but I never see traffic from Shopzilla on my analytics, why do you think this is? Do i have to add something to analytics to track this? all of our other CPC ads show up : ones like Nextag, Amazon, Etc.

Hello.

You should either enable auto-tagging in your adwords account (http://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1033981 or you should manually tag your destination URL (http://support.google.com/analytics/bin/answer.py?answer=1033863), otherwise Analytics cannot distinguish between organic and paid traffic.

However, make sure that your website's configuration can handle URL parameters correctly.
