reducing mobile/tablet campaigns in adwords
hi, so i have been set the task of reducing the enhanced campaign to -100% on mobile and tablet on adwords, and it will only let me reduce the mobile campaign... can anybody shed some light as to why im unable to do anything with the tablet campaign? help would be very much appreciated as i am new in the office and keen to make a good impression. Hi Tom, welcome to the Community.
Unfortunately, tablets cannot be distinguished from Desktops under Enhanced Campaigns so there is no way to exclude them. If you're seeing poor conversion data from tablets consider the following:
- Is your site tablet friendly? Do all the features work on tablets? Is it readable in daylight?
- Is tablet traffic contributing to Desktop conversions? Even if tablets aren't converting themselves they may be being used for research before a final purchase - this is becoming increasingly common.
