"Total - other placements" - What does this mean

When I look at display network placements for my adwords I see "Total - other placements" at the end of the list.  It appears that most of the clicks and most of the $$$ I spend are in this category.  How do I see what sites these hits are coming from and manage whether I want to continue placing ads on them or not?

Hi Benjamin.
Here are two really useful articles on this topic that I think should answer your question:

Thank you very much, Dave. The second article had the answer; it turns out that the data was there, it was just delayed. Still, it is very disconcerting to see most of your ad $$$ going to 'other'. And, in fact, once the data came available it became clear that these weren't worthwhile sites anyway.

Thanks once again,

Ben
