i have credit and my ad is enabled but why does it say not active???

It is possible that your campaign/ account is queued for manual review. Allow 24 hours then it should go live. Have you hovered over the keyword diagnostic tool?

Hi Paul,

 

As 0Ross0 mentioned, your account may have gone under review to verify certain security information. Alternatively, if you submitted new ads they may have been under review with our ad approval team. Whenever you submit new ads or make changes to existing ads, they're automatically submitted for review. Our approval team strives to review all ads in our program as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days.

 

I hope your ads are now up and running!
