please tell me, how can I set the permition on my google adwords account that if someone or my competitor click on my advertisment more than 2 time. on that condition google should not be charge on that particular click.

Hello ;

You cannot change the way a click is defined (what is a "double-click"? (How may clicks can be recorded when the browser open during the same session ...etc..) You can only block a given ip from clicking on your ad.
