Hi Nina, that would only be possible if you have set your bid strategy to CPM, in which you bid on impressions.

There'quite some bid strategies, but the simplest version is Cost per Click (CPC). You can set CPC yourself per ad group and/keyword, or you can let adwords manage CPC, so to get the maximum amount of clicks out of your budget. If you do not want to spend too much time learning and managing adwords, and each click is about as valuable to you, the latter is a fair option. You can select your bid strategy at campaign level, under the tab "settings".
