got ad problem

for a keyword i raise the cpc to $1 n daily budget to $10 but it still shows it is occasionally showing my ad n got no clicks?

Its happening due to the budget constraints

 

All of your keywords have different quality scores and search volumes and thus the potential to accrue different daily costs. Google displays your ads accordingly, with such regularity as to try and ensure your daily budget is not exhausted.You can plac your mouse over the bubble next to the status to see your recommended budget.

 

Try to increase your daily budget,your ad will appear naturally.
