I have tried to text ads and specific mobile ads in an adgroup but Google has considering it as a duplicate one and taking only mobile ads? How can i add text ads and mobile text ads separately in AdWords Editor? The parameters I used in Editor is Title "Device Preferred" and parameters are "Mobile" & "Desktop"

Add some distinctive piece of text to a headline (or any other text field) of all mobile ads, to make them appear distinct from their desktop counterparts. Then after import, run Replace Text tool to replace this marker with blank.

Make sure to change the "device preference," which is located directly under the ad preview area in the editor. Once you change your device preference to "mobile" you will be able to post changes --  even with a duplicate ad with a device preference of "all".

I verified this by doing it in the editor before posting this, so it will work.
