I want my ads to only show on Mon-Sat from 10am - 6pm and not on Sundays at all.  Is this possible?

Yes! You can definitely schedule your ad display as per your marketing strategy. It is done under the campaign settings, follow this link for detailed information - http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404244/?hl=en

Hi BlueTapp and welcome to the forum.

Can I ask why you'd want to do this?  Does your website only accept orders over the phone?  Or are you some form of delivery service?

I ask because even if you can only accept orders over the phone, it can be worthwhile advertising outside of your office hours.  If you don't advertise for such a large portion of the day/week, you could be missing people who would order/buy later once they'd seen your site.  If you're able to track Conversions you can analyse whether people bought on the first visit or a subsequent one and it would be worthwhile checking this.

Of course, if you do have a valid and sound reason for doing this, my apologies, I'm just curious!
