I have been awarded $100 Google Adwards and the expiration date is 30th Semptember, I tried to apply this code into my account but It is saying, it is invalid.

I got this email from Google Adwards, in the name of "Judy Nam"
He has mentioned in my email, if you can not apply this code to your account or if have any issue call me at " 1-877-721-1744"
I did to many times, but could not reached. Could somebody help me on this.

Have you tried to troubleshoot your code at all?  There are terms and conditions attached to each promotion that could be causing your problems.

Hello PPCBossman,

 

Thanks for your reply. There is no such a problem, I only get that the code is invalid. I checked again my email which I got from Google Adsene,, it is clear written that this code will expire at 30th Smpt. and I tried to contact them by phone I could not reached becaues the machine asking for extension like "press" "1, 2 or 3" I did everything but could reach.

 

The Google supporter has asked me if you can not apply this code, please contact us and we will apply it. 

 

I do not know what to do now.

If you looked on the page I provided, perhaps you missed this part:

 

"Invalid code or provider: Google works with certain third-party partners who offer these promotions. If you receive a promotional code from a website or service with which you have no business relationship, please be aware that the code may be invalid. If you are about to sign up with a service offering you an AdWords promotional credit, make sure that you confirm that the service has a relationship with Google. "

 

Are you sure you received the code from Adsense or was it from AdWords? 

 

Have you set up your account?  Is this a brand new account?  Can you copy and paste the email here without any personal information?

 

Promotions are usually for brand new accounts and often need to be applied within 14 days of the account being created.

 

If you have an account number, you should be able to contact support without issue, try the button at the top of the screen here for some additional options.

The coupons are only good for accounts under 14 days in age. From the correspondence you shared above it sounds like you opened the account but did not use it for awhile...was it over 14 days from the time you opened it until you tried to enter the code?

My account is running for the last four months, Once I had this coupon code as it is mentioned in email too. Again I got this email and it is mentioned also in email " Apply your this code again" 

 

I do not know how can I find a solution since time is running for its expiration.
