automated rules

I have a budget say $ 1000 for 5 Campaigns. This is a budget for 1.5-2 months, no fixed duration. I want all 5 Campaigns to pause when my total cost (for all 5, regardless of each campaigns individual spend) reaches $1000. Is this feature applicable now?

I know about the daily budget rules and the account monthly budgets caps. that is not applicable here since i have no fixed campaign/s duration.

 Hi Bijar,

Good question.

There isn't a simple solution to accomplish what you want (I wish there was).

You can use automated rules as a workaround. Here's an example of an automated rule that will check daily to see how much the campaigns have spent. Once they spend $1,000, the automated rule will automatically pause them.

It's not a perfect solution, because it only runs once per day, so you could go over budget on the final day.

I hope this helps!
