YouTube Advertising thumbnail

When my ad shows up in a search window, the ad uses a thumbnail from inside the video slide show.  I want to use a specific slide in the ad.  How do I do that?

Right now a slide shows up that is clouds over a mountain but that is not the slide I want to show up.

Unfortunately custom thumbnails are not available at this time. However, you can choose one of 4 different thumbnails in AdWords Editor:

A thumbnail image associated with the video to which the ad links. To get the URL for the thumbnail image, right click on the video in a list of search results. You may also be able to find the thumbnail image on the video owner's channel page. YouTube generally has four thumbnail images for a video, which are taken from different parts of the video. The URLs for the images are:

http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/VIDEO_ID/default.jpg
http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/VIDEO_ID/1.jpg
http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/VIDEO_ID/2.jpg
http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/VIDEO_ID/3.jpg

In the URL, the VIDEO_ID is a value that YouTube uses to uniquely identify the video. Your CSV will include the same value in its "Video ID" field (see below).
