Hi,

I would offer up this great explanation by our own TC Theresa:  "I can't see my ad"

Leatherlidinser is correct.  The tools provided by Google (Keyword Diagnosis & Ad Preview) are really the best way to determine how/if your ads are showing.  If you have low ad rank issues, then you need to work on improving your Quality Scores as well as potentially increasing your bids.  Ad Rank  = QS x Bid.

Hope this helps!

Good morning.

If you're getting a message that your ad isn't showing due to low ad rank, then no matter how often you search for it (using either the Preview tool or searching 'live' on Google), you're not going to see it.

The solution is to improve your ad rank. You can do this by adjusting your website content to be a closer match to your ad text, so that your landing page has a better relevance score, adjusting your ad text so that your ads are much more closely related to your keywords, and/or increasing your keyword bid.  All of these things can improve ad rank--the first takes longer than the others to produce results but it's really an important step anyhow.

Make sure you're using small, tightly themed Ad Groups with ad text written specifically to support the keywords in that Ad Group. Make sure the landing page you use for each ad is the best one on your website for the keywords in that Ad Group.

Hope some of that helps!

Yes its saying my ad is not showing because of low rank. But is there any way to find it? I googled with terms that cause the page to come up in the generic results and searched over ten pages with these results and still couldnt find it. I just want to see it.

Perhaps you can let us know what keywords you are bidding on and also give us an example landing page for those targeted keywords. Adtext can also play a factor when it comes to quality score, make sure the ads are relevant to the keywords you are bidding on. Same goes for the landing page... you don't want to bid on "used fords" and drop users off at a "used chevys" landing page.
