Where to place a broad keyword

Hi,

I have recently split my previous ad group into three separate ad groups.

I have infront of me a keyword list that I used for my previous ad group which needs splitting into my three ad groups.
My first keyword happens to be "Adjustable Security Devices". This keyword actually relates to all three of my ad groups, so what do you guys suggest I do? Do I add this word into each group or just place it within one.

Thanks

No, Adding same keywords more than once is never suggested. It will compete with each other.

So I should choose for this keyword to be within one group?
As for the groups that this keyword doesn't trigger, should I find a way to re-word this keyword but with similar meaning?
