When setting up ad scheduling can you have an end time earlier than the start time?

We operate during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, but we have an answering service for after hours and weekends. We wanted to setup after hours campaigns from 6pm-8am, but I get the error message end time is earlier than start time. Is this something that cant be done?

Hey jeepster109,

I think what you need to do in this situation is schedule your campaign for 6pm-12am on one day and continue from 12am-8am the next.

For example,

Monday:  6pm-12am

Tuesday:  12am-8am

Tuesday:  6pm-12am

Wednesday:  12am-8am

Wednesday:  6pm-12am

Thursday:  12am-8am

To do this, click into the Ad Scheduling module and click on "Running all day" in the Time Period column.  Set your first time slot and click "+Add another time period" to create another one on the same day.

Hope this helps!

- Cathy
