You can pause at both Campaign and Adgroup level. If your AdGroups are paused, and you enable your Campaign, your AdGroups will still be paused. You need to ensure they are enabled at both levels.

You can pause at both Campaign and Adgroup level. If your AdGroups are paused, and you enable your Campaign, your AdGroups will still be paused. You need to ensure they are enabled at both levels.

Thank you for that reply. So, now I have enabled both. Then, next time I just need to disable the campaign, right ? Even the ads will be disabled, right ?

Yes, the highest level over rides the rest. If you pause at campaign level, all AdGroups under it will stop showing ... Even though they are technically still enabled.
