What is the deal with the USELESS Adwords chat support recently?
The latest Adwords chat support has been coming out of India and it is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The people they have doing it ask the same questions after you have answered them. They have never once provided any useful help. They always "escalate' the issue and then after a week or more of back and forth, with one rep after the other asking the same information asked on the previous call, making the same suggestions, and 'escalating' again...you get fed up and quit asking.
Has anyone else noticed the degraded quality of chat support?
