What are the full suite of Adwords advertising options available?

Been a few years since I have been fully into Adwords so new features have no doubt come along.
If I was an advertiser with an unlimited budget and wanted to "have a go at everything", what is the full list of options for Adwords?

 

I have collated the following:

 

Search or Search with Display Select
Display
Shopping
Video
Universal App

Gmail Ads

Remarketing to (Audiences)
Email List
Youtube Users
App Users
Website Users

 

Not too sure about the signifiance of the following and the options they bring
RSLA
DoubleClick

with the following tasks done to help elimnate waste and provide focus

 

Negative Keywords
Sitelinks
Exclude mobile ads (url)
Switch off tablet/mobile or decrease bids
Placement exclusions
Add Remarketing to GA code ----- ga('require', 'displayfeatures');
Link to GA account
Adwords Editor
Adwords Scripts

Goal/Checkout Funnel Visualisation
Enable Demographic & Interest Report(possibly Enhanced Link Attribution) in GA

I suppose the options are vast in reality. Target by certain mobile device, brand, people who have come from a certain search engine.

 

Just trying to get a big picture view of the larger offerings such as RSLA and related products.

there is likely no one central list -- as was indicated, the options
and interrelated feature permutations are simply too extensive.

asking which features are currently available to help reach a specific set of
predefined goals, objectives, or strategies is usually a bit more practical --
for example, brand-building, sales-growth, lead-generation, etc.

for example, if the strategy is to re-engage with a set of people who have
previously visited a website and also visited a specific page, or did not
complete a form, or did not finalize a purchase, or purchased one type
of item and may also purchase a complementary item or buy again later,
then the remarketing-lists-for-search-ads (rlsa) feature can usually help.

doubleclick is a completely different product that allows for cross-channel
ad-management and ad-serving for agencies or large advertisers who

require a greater range and larger scale of digital-advertising services.
