Your Google Analytics tag is active
We haven't detected custom parameters for custom business types (Google Analytics)

The tag is active but we couldn't find any custom parameters.
Check that the remarketing tag is implemented correctly. Custom parameters are necessary to enable dynamic remarketing. Learn about the dynamic remarketing tag.

How can I turn OFF dynamic remarketing?  In Analytics for dynamic remarketing I have nothing selected, but it does show a default of retail business type, my default view, and select one for sharing.  Step 2 has not been filled out.  So, why am I getting this message in Adwords then?

I am using the Analytics code on every page and I have 'normal' remarketing lists setup in it.  I also have the Adwords remarketing code on every page as well.  I do not want to use dynamic for either, but this message keeps showing up in my account.  How the heck do I turn this off / fix it?

I am using Google Tag Manager for everything.  I want to use 'normal / non-dynamic remarketing for both Analytics and Adwords which is why the code for each is included on every page.  Dynamic is setup nowhere yet this stupid message keeps showing.

Just ignore that message. Your normal lists will start growing.

Thanks,
Siva.

Go to Google Analytics > Admin > Property > Audience Definition > Dynamic Attributes, then finally choose "Close Attributes".
