Video Ads - Which format is it?

See the small ads suggestion at bottom of video. I am running video campaing and my ads format are in-stream... I guess, there is no such ads format ( as in image below) and its just an automatic suggestion.

Is there any way to show my ads like that?

Hi Anil,

As per my understanding, this is something which is an inbuilt feature of your YouTube channel, where you have an option to feature one video or your brand using InVideo Programming. Here are more details around this: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2790636?hl=en

I would suggest you to re-post this over You Tube forum for more insights: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/youtube

I disagree with this solution.

It is no programming , it is just the call to action overlay in short CTA. One CTA can be asigned with an ad , it is not dynamic.

Once you link AdWords with your youtube account you can setup this on any video you have and it will show up even for organic views.

Pankaj is Also correct, but in this case, it Seems Adrian has got the points. So I created a call to action and it look exactly same as image in my question.

@Adrian B, I am not talking about programming here. The feature itself is called InVideo Programming.

Let Anil decide which recommendation he has to go for.

The Invideo Programming "Featured video" simply looks very different than the CTA. It has the text "suggest by "name of the channel"  as a headline and it has no URL just the name of the suggested video.

The picture of Anil contains no "suggested by" and it contains an URL so it is the CTA overlay , obviously.
