Trouble accessing my AdWords Account

Hi,

 

Lately I have been experiencing issues with my AdWords account: https://adwords.google.com/cm/CampaignMgmt?__u=2021345149&__c=2381538829#r.ONLINE&app=cm

 

I can't access it: It says there are issues with the network access. However, we have no issues with the internet. I need to access the account asap so please let me know what to do in order to access the account.

Your issue is caused most probably by the AdBlock browser plug-in.

Hello Sofie,

 

Welcome to the community.

 

Nobody will actually be able to access your account via that link and I strongly suggest that you don't grant access to anyone unless you fully trust them. 

 

I would suggest clearing the cache within your browser, closing it down and then try to access the account again. If that doesn't work or if you need help clearing the cache just come back here and let us know. Smiley Happy
