Transaction data is not appearing

Since last 3 weeks I am unable to see my transactions in sales performance report. Other data is appearing. My frustration is on peek please advise.

Hi @Dooa W how are you measuring your transactions?  Is it a conversion action within AdWords or an imported Analytics goal?

 

Regardless, the first question I have to ask is whether it's possible you haven't had any transactions.  How many do you typically get per day, and how consistent are these conversions?


Have you changed anything on the website, even the smallest thing?

 

Are you still seeing conversions from organic, direct, or other sources?

 

Are you able to test the conversion process yourself?

Here are my answers to your questions.

I am measuring my transaction using enhanced eCommerce tracking code.

Yes earlier I had captured 61 transactions using the above tracking code. On an average I get 2 transaction per day.

Yes I had placed the tracking code on the master page and now I am not using the external JavaScript file which I was using earlier. Since I have installed the Google Tag Assistance and now I am writing my tracking code according to it.

Not at all since 3rd NOV 2015. Only for transaction data other data is appearing like product detail view, add to cart, shopping steps etc.

Yes I am using Google Tag Assistance and GA debug to test my tracking code.

Hi @Dooa W, just to clarify, are you using Google Tag Assistant for checking your code, and/or Google Tag Manager for actually deploying it?

 

It sounds like you've recently changed your tracking method, did this coincide with the time your transactions stopped recording?

I am using Google Tag Assistence for testing my enhanced ecommerce tracking code. And my all test run are passed.

Yes I changed the code as per Google Tag Assistence advise. Altough I did not deployed it to the live environment. The live environment have the previous code.

I am testing from the staging environment.

No not at all. Moreover I am in conversation with Google analytic team from India since 17th NOV 2015 but still my issue is not resolved and my client is suffering very much. Please do the needful ASAP. Please provide me the email address of the Google analytic enhance eCommerce specialist from the UK so that I can resolve my issue.
