Thank you for posting on our Community forum. The most common reason an Advertiser may receive this message on their AdWords account can be for the following:
- Campaign has been paused or deleted. Please review this link on our Help Center page on Understanding your campaign status. You can find directions on how to re-enable or resume your campaign based upon the current status. https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722131?hl=en&ref_topic=3122861
