Hi and thanks for your time in advance...

 

I updated Ads for Proper Case, now CPC has doubled, CTR is basically the same, did I just delete the history to be re-established in 2+ weeks? ...sounds severe for an Ad change...

 

Suggestions would be helpful...

Yes; Changing the ad-text, resets the ad's history associated with this ad.. (As well as re-submitting the ad for re-approval)
