Hi Gaurav,

See the excerpts below taken from Google Help:

Fix your call extensions (or Google forwarding number):
Your ad group needs a minimum number of clicks to be able to show a Google forwarding number. There is no minimum click requirement to show call extensions, but extensions may not show all the time due to space, quality, and other constraints.

If you've enabled call extensions with a Google forwarding number (available to numbers based in eligible countries), you can get detailed reporting on calls dialed to that number. However, to show a forwarding number, your call extensions need to get a minimum number of clicks in a four-week period.

Hope it helps!

Hi Gaurav,,

Welcome to Adwords community.

Call extension takes some hours or days to get approved. As usual as you experienced with ad copies.

When you enable more than one extension for an ad, for example, there's a chance we might not show all of them.

To check your ad extensions status, click the Ad extensions tab. Then, choose the extension you’re interested in from the View: drop-down menu and look at the impressions (“Impr.”) column and Status columns to confirm that your extensions are showing and approved.

Hope I helped you.

Regards,
Virendra
