Search Companion Marketing
With search companion marketing if a person is looking for "enchilada sauce verde" regardless of whether person goes on another cooking page with the same theme, as long as an add can display on a page (let's say for "tires" for example) , then the Enchilada ad will display on the tire page, correct?
My understanding is that SCM follows the user, not the display content. Thanks

Yes, you are right. SCM follows the user, or more precisely the user's search query - but only during that session.
If the user's search query matches the keywords and/or the keyword theme in an advertiser's ad group, the user will be shown the related ads no matter which site they move on to during that session.
