Script showing which elements of text ads perform the best

Hi everyone

I would like an AdWords script that runs through my client's account and tells me which text advert elements perform better than others.
For instance the best performing headline, description 1 or 2, Display URL etc...

I know something like this can be built, I just don't have the knowledge to build a complex script such as this.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Hey RainerBS,

I do not have extensive experience with scripting but have built a few of my own so have some understanding. I believe what you require would be beyond the scope of a script, as the processing required would extend the alotted time for a script to run. Comparing separate elements of ad's is a complicated multi variate test that goes far beyond the scope of a simple A/B test.

Furthermore the required numbers to draw a significant result would be exponentially more than a simple A/B test. There are a number of scripts out there that can perform simple A/B tests, but if you are specifically looking for this level of comparison I would suggest posting your question on the API forum, as this seems more like something that would require an API program as opposed to a simple script.

Hope this helps

I'll look into that.
I'll also post this question on the AdWords Scripts forum.

through my searches I found something similar to what I'm looking for on the Optmyzr site - but cant afford to buy it.
