Scheduled upload of live.xml shopping feed is not working

Goodafternoon,
Our manual upload of our live.xml shopping feed within the Google Merchant Center works fine without any trouble, but the scheduled upload of the live.xml shopping feed does not work at all. How can that be?

if the schedule is handled by a plug-in or within

the e-commerce website then, simply contact

whoever is supporting the plug-in or site.

 

otherwise, generally, for a scheduled upload (fetch) to function properly:
(a) the file must be on a server that google can access;
(b) the protocol used must be supported by google;
(c) if a secure location is used, the login and password must be properly set;
(d) the url used for scheduling cannot redirect and cannot be blocked;
(e) the url must match the server and (directory) location of the file;
(f) the registered file name must match the file on the server, exactly;
(g) the file's contents, on the server, must be kept up-to-date.

check the status-tab under the products-feeds tab
in the merchant-center-account for any messages.

check the schedule-tab under the products-feeds-tab
for the schedule details and settings -- try clicking on
fetch-now and inspect the results, under status.
