Review extensions account level vs campaign level

How does AdWords handle hierarchy for Review Extensions?

Use case:

  • Account level Review Extension is enabled and active
  • Add Campaign Level Extension

Does the campaign level override the account level? Or is that campaign now eligible for both?

Thanks!

I've never created multiple review extensions, but I'm assuming it works the same way as the other ad extensions like site links, and call outs.  I can confirm on those the hierarchy goes adgroup --> campaign ---> account.    So the campaign level should take precedence over the account level.
