Hello,

What do I have to add to my site as a policy to be able to use retargeting?

Thanks

Thanks, but not exactly what I meant. I would like to know if there is a generator to be compliant with that policy and avoid any troubles with google.

Not sure I understand what you mean by "generator".
Your site should comply with the list of requirements listed (including privacy policy, you are not allowed to "link" PII with Remarketing... etc....)

This is a terms feed generator

I would like to know if there is something similar for retargeting, I could not find it.

Not that I know  of.  Based on the site's goals, advertisers write / draft  themselves,  or with the help  of their legal  counselor.
