My ads are approved & there is sufficient amount in the account yet when i diagnose my keywords it says "The account is currently not enabled" & in ad preview & diagnoses the reply is "Your ads aren't showing because the spending limit defined by your account-level budget has been reached"

account-level budget is associated with the account on monthly invoicing whereas mine is a prepaid account.

can you suggest me as what has went wrong in the account.

If you spoke with Google and they said they need to get a specialist involved then there is probably nothing we can do to help on this particular issue.

I suggest that you contact Google using one of the methods at this link http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&hlrm=en&answer=8206
