Rating extension

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering why on one of my client, the review extension appears sometimes and sometimes not...

Just to be sure, the review extension is the rating that appears with stars.

Campaigns are only on products, so products that should be rated.

Has anyone any idea?

Cheers

Alex

the ratings with stars are not review-extensions.

review-extensions are the quoted phrases that
an advertiser selects for display beneath an ad --

review-extensions are displayed based on a variety of

quality factors but are not guaranteed to always display.

seller-ratings are the ratings and the associated stars
that are automatically collected and displayed based
on an automated set of criteria (seller-ratings-extension).

for seller-ratings simply be certain that the details
match the automated selection criteria -- but the
display is also automated and cannot be forced.

also, check with the support organization of the

third-party being used for seller-ratings -- often,

the seller-ratings site can verify conformance

and help verify that the data is being collected

and processed properly for display.

first, you're welcome.

the ad's details, where the ad is shown, time,
any business-name or website url changes,
and other factors not publicly divulged, may
influence if a seller-rating is shown.

generally, check the ad-extensions tab in the
account to see if the automated-extensions
performance data might offer some clues.

Hi, and thank you for your answer Celebird,

You're correct. I was speaking about the seller-rating.
The third provider used bu the client is recognized by Google. And the rating is shown... times to times. That is the issue. I don't understand why it's only sometimes.

Best Regards
