Quality Score drop down and ad relevancy – ‘below average’

Hello,

Today we noticed a QS drop down on majority of our keywords, also ad relevancy – became ‘below average’ for  majority of the keywords.

Ads are running for years, and for the first time we have this status warning.

CTR is fine, position also fine, bounce rate is the same as before.

No recent changes on the landing page or ads.

We evaluated all metrics and cannot id any issues.

In addition on our own trademarked brand with Quality Score 10's - we have the same ad relevancy warning.

1. What does this mean?

2. Could that be a Google error?  Should we adjust something or leave it alone?

3. What action would you recommend to take?

4. Should we call Google?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you in advance,

Imre
