Possible to exclude placement by domain suffix?

Google may send us traffic from websites with domain suffix .co.uk/.com.au/.com.hk ect, which we don't want - although we've geo-targeting to the USA.  Is it possible to exclude such kind of traffic?

Short and simple answer: No, you can't do that.

Do you wish to target only people located within the USA and not include people who include a US location in their query? Go to the campaign settings tab. Find the "Locations and Languages" section adn expand it. Then expand the "Advanced location options". Now edit the "Targeting method" and select "Target using physical location: Device-based location signals". That won't stop your ad from showing to people located within the US from seeing your ad on *.co.uk or the other countries you have listed, but it will stop your ad from showing to people located outside of the US.

Best of Luck!
