Hello,

Our (IBAT College Dublin) ads seem to be non existent (no impressions, clicks or anything else) since February, despite having paid our bills. I have spoken to our accountant, who tells me the bills have been paid. Is there any help you can provide in relation to this? Thank you,

Michael Barry

Hi Cara/Michael,

First, I would ensure that all of your campaigns are active and there are no issues within your account.

Secondly, you can check out the 'Ad Preview and Diagnosis Tool' to determine what if any issues you're having with ad serving.

Hope this helps!
