Mobile app install campaigns - Not universal

I'm trying to promote an iOS App through a good old keyword campaign.

I know what search phrases we want to appear on and want to be able to target those.

I DO NOT want a universal campaign where I have no control or reporting whatsoever.

So here are my issues:

- Apparently the Search Network - Mobile App campaigns have been discontinued

- In the normal Search Network campaigns you can't select your target devices/operating systems.

Did Google really just remove the ability for professional advertisers to advertise....?

Please let me know how you do this.

Thanks,

Florian

So, they are still there, it's just one more step.  Select "search network only" and then you can select the app install or app engagement campaign sub type.
