Managing 3rd party accounts within MCC without allowing them access to Search campaigns

Is there a way to allow a 3rd party access to only Video campaigns that they manage without giving them access to Search campaigns that we manage?  Is the only way to do this by haveing seperate CID accounts or setting up a MCC within a MCC?

Hi @Robert s,

You are understanding correctly, you either share access to the current account or use separate accounts. There are no options at the campaign level or access.

The MCC doesn't change anything in this particular situation.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Tommy!  Is there any ways you can suggest getting around this since Google doesn't like having seperate CID's for the same account.  If the 3 party links their MCC or individual accounts with us we will 2 CID's for the same account (1 for Paid Search and 1 for Video).

Hello @Robert s,

You will need to have two accounts to do that. It is not possible to give access to certain campaigns in a single account so someone while keeping the other campaigns restricted.

Hi @Robert s,

Are you an agency/party working on a Client account and now another agency is joining in or are you essentially running these campaigns for your company and now taking on a 3rd party for video?  Who is/does pay for the ad spend for both of these initiatives?

This is a bit tricky but with some additional details, I may be able to share some experiences.

We are an agency and have a 3rd party manage video for us right now.  We are currently paying google for just SEM, but the plan is to move everything under our MCC and us pay for video as well.
