Is it just my account or does this happen to all new accounts???

Spent ages looking for the campaign.  Eventually it mysteriously appeared this morning.  Then I quickly changed the name to make it easier to find than Campaign 1 put in loads of keywords, demographic tabs and other tags, and then it mysterisouly disapperraed again.  When I open my account it tells me there are no campaigns associated with the account.  This is very irritating. Has anyone else had this problem???? I did briefly see it, and now it has gone again.  I have spent all day messing about with this sending emails to the google ads help people. I did have a response, but it did not help as I still could not see my campaign in my account. Arghhhh!

Sorry to hear you've been a bit frustrated. 

 

One thing I'd try would be to clear your cache and cookies to make sure you're not having a browser issue here. I'd also recommend making sure that when you're on your campaigns tab that you make sure you're looking at 'All' of your campaigns rather than 'All Enabled' or 'All But Deleted' as this can sometimes be an issue when people cant see the campaigns in their account.

Hi A,
Thanks for your concern. I did all that with the cookies and everything. Got an extensive reply from Adwords team (Dikshi) and although the instructions given did not match the screen I saw I eventually found it under add new campaign button (don't ask!) and it appears to be getting some clicks!

So eventually all is well!
