Including More Characters in Ad Description[ Edited ]

I have seen an Ad on Google Search which contains Unimaginable number of Characters (242 Characters) in Ad Description. I know that there is a limit of 80 characters for Ad Description.
Can anyone please share how is that possible ? Any info would be hugely appreciated!

Actually, the first line underneath the display URL is the description ("Shivaami is a G Suite..."). Everything under that line are ad extensions. They are using Callouts, Structured Snippets, and Sitelinks, etc...
