In PPC ads, can I have a link that forwards to a different domain?

We have a client who has their own domain name.

However, the registration form he wants to use is located on another domain.

Can he have a link on his www.CLIENT.com domain name and have it link to the parent company's domain?

Example: www.client.com/registration would forward to www.parent.com/registration?Cocode=AT&StoreNo=001

If not, any suggestions?

Hi Frank,

If I am not mistaken here, it looks to me that the scenario is something like this:  your client might be using some CRM or some lead tracking software for the web based lead submission. So when someone fills up the form, the form redirects to that 3rd party software or the tool which records that lead. Let me know if that's not the case here.

Personally, I don't think there should be any complications in that. But make sure that you adhere to the Display and Destination URL policy listed below:

My thoughts!

Doesn't work.
We tried a number of ways. Here's the final notes I found on Google.

• Redirects used for tracking purposes are allowed as long as the final landing page has the same domain as the display URL.

Hi Frank R,

1. Yes, you can redirect to another web site.
2. Yes, the domain of the display URL must match the the actual URL after all redirects.

In this case, the following would be accepted:

Destination URL: www.client.com/registration
Display URL: www.parent.com/registration

Best of Luck!
