If negative phrase "make up", brand+make up(exact) would be triggered?

If negative phrase "women bag", meanwhile I set "brand women bag"(exact) keyword in brand campaign, so this keyword would be triggered?

Yes correct if you set the phrase match "women bag" as a negative keyword naturaly your exact match phrase [brand women bag] won't triger any impressions.
