I want to know the post code of each click received, to identify where within our geographic area, we are receiving clicks.

How do I show this information?

Thanks

Hello Lindalmh123 ! Welcome to the AdWords Community !

Unfortunately location of a user is not so advanced. Visitors are not static entities, they connect to your website through networks with dynamic IPs. The technology of  GPS tracking, that can give the position of a device with an acceptable error of a few dozen meters is not available for desktops and not even for mobiles if they are indoor.

Here is a tutorial about location of visitors, presented by a google employee

Also this article from the help pages explains how location is determined in various circumstances
