I am using an enhanced campaign. I would like direct all mobile traffic to a standalone mobile page. Is this possible? or do I need to  create device specific campaigns?

Hello Huftron ! Welcome to the Community !

For your problem, device specific campaigns are the answer. For the desktop + tablet campaign you set mobile bid for "decrease = 100% " in order to block mobiles .

For the mobiles campaign you set a 4 times lower bid and a bid adjustment for mobiles of "increase = 300%" which actually makes mobile bids equal to desktop bids from the desktop campaign. You also have to put All ads besides one with the option to run on mobile only as described here :

This article describes a roll-out of ad-group mobile bidding , but it might not be an active option for your account :

Hi RobotHuftron,

You want to send mobile traffic to a mobile page and desktop traffic to a desktop page? Look at {ifmobile} and {ifnotmobile}. You can use those in your destination to send traffic to different pages based on whether it is a mobile device.

Best of Luck!
