I opted out from Ad Rotation Limitation, but doesn't seem to be working

I submitted the opt-out form before the deadline, but ads are not rotating evenly. (and they were before the change.) Also, my settings still only give me the "Rotate Evenly for 90 Days, etc" option. So I have 2 questions: 1) anyone else having this problem? 2) How does it show in an account that it's been opted out?

Thanks for any information.

I don't think you get a notification within AdWords itself. Did you get a confirmation from your rep that you were indeed opted out?

I'm guessing you need to (at least until you hear back from your rep) reset your rotation (Update your ads).
