Hello and welcome,

In order to remove a keyword from the Negative keywords list, one work around is to go to respective campaign, then click on keywords tab and underneath you will see Negative keywords. Click on it and you will see the negatives added at ad group / campaign level. From here you can select the one you want to remove and click on delete. That's it...

Hope that helps!

Hello Daisyapple,

Welcome to the community.

You will need to select the ad group that the exclusion has been made in and view the keyword list. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and you will see + Negative keywords, expand this and you will be given a list of negative keywords including your exclusion. It's then simply a case of checking the box next to the keyword you wish to include back in the account and clicking the Delete button.
