I havent been able to get access to my campaigns for days. whats up?

I log in fine, but every time I try to access my campaigns, I'm told there's a problem with my network connection. What's the problem? Could this be a Firefox-issue?

I'll give it a shot with Chromium (the Linux-Version of Chrome). But have you heard of Firefox-related issues?

We haven't had any issues reported with Firefox. Try a different browser and post back if the issue continues. We will need more details in order to troubleshoot this, so please try to be specific.

No, not a Firefox issue. Chromium fails as well.

This is waht happens: I sign in okay, the screen begins to build, but then there seems to be no connection to the data of my account. I get a small beige message (I translate from German): "Problem with network connection. We are trying again." Than I get a red beam across teh top that says "Theres been an error. Changes are not save. Renew page [with link]. If error repeats, log out and log in again". Did all of the above, nothing seems to work.

Would a screenshot help?

It could be an issue with your internet. Restart your machine and try to login in again.

Apparently not. I just restarted computer and the internet connection, but the problem continues. Mh.

Can you try to clear cache and cookies and see if that will help?

Sorry, Jürgen N. I don't think I can do more for you. I'd get in touch with your Internet provider to check if your Internet bandwidth and ask them to run a test.
