How to exclude Parked Domains and Error Pages in Adwords Campaign?

I recently come to know that during your Google display campaign, your ad can be shown on parked domains and error pages as well. What if I don't want to show my ads on these places, how can exclude them? Please suggest the solution and also is it possible to do the same with search campaign as well.

Yes you can exclude these using the "Category exclusion" , described here
