How is my account used up if I've had no more clicks on my ad?

I have a small account. My one ad has had no clicks in 3 days and just today I got a message that my account is empty. It wasn't yesterday. Where did the money go if there were no clicks?

Are you using postpay or prepay ?

Do you have an amount remaining in the billing page ?

What exactly is the message saying ?

Compare how much have you spend in clicks with how much you have charged the account with, and see if it comes to a 0, on the billing page.

Thanks. Prepay. $0 now, $20.64 2 days ago. 8 clicks total then and now.

Msg: Your ads aren't running because your account balance is exhausted.

8 clicks @$2.58/av. = $20.64 which is what the cost column shows. I put $30.00 in to start. Where's my other $10.00?

Does it show a payment of 30 and when ?

Are there any other costs besides clicks , like deducted VAT on the column TAXES ?

Yes. It showed the $30 posted on Apr. 30. Now, all of a sudden (using Google Chrome browser instead of IE, although I'd refreshed IE and closed and reopened it), I see that there are 13 clicks, so that would account for the account being $0.

Thanks.

It is not the browser , it is a delay in the update of overall data in their servers , I suppose.

Anyway ... mistery solved Smiley Happy
